Ihre Aufgaben
• You will be a key contributor of the FP&A & Controlling team in creating transparency on SG&A and Marketing costs across the entire Group.
• You will play a critical role in the monthly financial closing process and will continuously challenge and improve existing processes.
• You will be working with stakeholders across teams, functions and countries and act as a steering partner to relevant stakeholders, including the CFO and members of the Executive team and leaders across all functions.
• Your critical company-wide analyses will inform and strengthen top management decisions by providing a high degree of financial transparency and insights.
• You will help to manage financial risk, raise flags when you expect deviations to plan and provide improvement suggestions.
Ihr Hintergrund
• 4+ years of professional experience with proven track record from the strategic finance department of a leading eCommerce company, ideally with a focus on SG&A and Marketing costs
• A degree in economics, business administration or similar; ideally with a major in Finance/Controlling and outstanding academic credentials
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office; especially Excel; SQL, Tableau and Lucanet are a plus
• Very strong analytics, yet “hands-on” attitude with a focus on fast and flawless execution
• A structured, independent, and goal-oriented work style
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills and passion about making an impact and working in a multicultural team
• Fluency in English
